2.   Assist you, upon request, in obtaining the best available services, including but not limited to:

3.   Advise prospective sellers or their brokerages that I'm representing and negotiating on behalf of you, the buyer.

5.   Unless limited by the acknowledgement of  'Dual Agency',  I will exercise fiduciary duties in favor of yourself, the buyers, including loyalty, obedience, competence, confidentiality, accountability and full disclosure.

6.   I will not disclose your personal information except what is necessary during  the purchase of a property.  Our business relationship and what we discuss is confidential.

Here's the good news.The services of a buyer's REALTOR are free to the buyer.  As the buyer's REALTOR I am paid out of the proceeds of your purchase,  by the seller's REALTOR  (i.e. the company with the listing of the home being sold).
